Kvamskogen has over 65 km of groomed ski trails in the season. The most popular trail runs from Furedalen to Mødal, and is machine-prepared to the foot of Såta. Another widely used trail to Mødal runs from Løkjentunet. The trail from Ungdomsheimen (Aktiven) to Øvre Steinskvanndalen is also popular.
